Subscription Term

worX uses a Term SaaS subscription model. The subscription is an annual subscription, with a minimum of 1 year duration, which is billed annually in advance.

Term SaaS

In the Term subscription model, the business or consumer executes an electronic or a paper contract agreeing to a subscription for a period of time. The subscription agreement may or may not include provisions for cancellation during the term. If included for other than cancellation due to non-performance or uncured material default, cancellation provisions in a term agreement typically include pre-defined recovery charges or penalties.

What is considered a user license?

Each user license will allow one human or machine user (bot, software) to access worX in addition to the existing BLOX and AWSH tools already available to the community as Open Source. For more details please see the EULA
